Two weeks ago, on a Saturday afternoon, I waltzed into GameStop on a mission. This young gentleman appeared—who I later found out is named Ben—and helped me find my Funko Pop in 0.02 seconds!!! Prices? Wonderful. Product quality? So good I nearly cried in the checkout line. Service? Well, I nearly asked for this young man’s Venmo at the cash register just to personally send him a tip, and that speaks VOLUMES!! I will definitely be back. If you’re ever near the Brockville GameStop location, I recommend stopping in! P.S. JJ the jokester and John the joyful make every visit a highlight, you won’t find kinder folks anywhere!

Great store. Always loved the staff. However only 4 stars as their phones never seem to work. I've called for over a week now and only get a line busy signal for hours. I don't drive so I can't just pop over for a quick question. Super inconvenient.

Seriously the best customer service!! We had issues finding the right headset and they were so helpful and accommodating, no questions asked. Will definitely be shopping here from now on. Good customer service is everything!

Gamestop is one of the best places to go if you need games or other things, they have shelves stacked with games for different consoles, (and have a variety of consoles as well) accessories, clothes, action figures, etc. Everytime I’ve come here the Workers are very polite, and kind, I’ve never had an issue with them, I’m giving them 5 stars because of the way they are and treat everyone. Their amazing. Keep it up guys!!
