They sell video games and accessories. That's all they need to get a 5 star review. It's part time work in a dead end job, so complaining about "bad service" is useless. Anyone going to make a retail purchase should have done enough research so that any customer service issues would be negated by being an informed consumer. Also, another guy is downvoting because he buys 3rd party accessories and complains when they dont work. Get a job and buy the real brand name items and you wont have any problems.

I purchased Steep Winter Games and they gave me regular Steep, so I returned it and they told me they didn’t have it in stock. So I had to wait two days to pick it up. When I did so they gave me the exact same copy. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a video game purchase. Their service is atrocious and unacceptable. I would steer clear if I were you.

Those that know me know that I am obviously biased :) but this store has been a great place full of good people and good conversation. I will sincerely miss a lot of the people here on both sides of the counter. Thank you everyone for years of memories, I wish you all the very best.

EB Games is a great store! I am a known customer and I enjoy buying ps4 games for myself!! I might be going there later to get a new ps plus online membership!!! I RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE!!!

The best EB Games to visit. Always friendly and accommodating. Very quick to solve issues, often going above and beyond to ensure the best gaming experience possible. Knowledgeable and fun to chat with.

Another EB Games or GameStop location. Really small store which makes for a small stock and selection. Staff can seem a little incompetent when talking about knowledge. But not all. Location is great hours are okay.

Been visiting the same store for about 15 years, and I am happy to say now my daughter is visiting the same store and ever since day one we have both received the same amount of care and love from the staff that I knew as a kid. Thank you all for years of amazing service
