Terry and the crew at Next Level did an incredible job of our basement renovation. All the staff is friendly and efficient, with a focus on customer service. Would not hesitate to use them on our next project. Highly recommend!

Seem to be very knowledgeable of their product line… got some valuable information about the different types of PS5 options and other games with their respective requirements. And the prices are very competitive.

Awesome customer service!! Left my PlayStation there to get cleaned and repaired. When I left my contact info, I had a brain dead moment gave him an old phone number. Anthony went above and beyond to source me out and contact me to make sure I got my console back. 100% recommend!!

My favourite place to go to in Saskatoon. Anthony and the rest of the staff are all amazing! They are well informed, super helpful and nice! Their store is a very welcoming place. You can tell they truly care about cultivating a connection with their community and customers. Ever since I was a kid, my cousins and I would come here, and always leave with a smile, even if we didn't end up buying anything. My love for retro gaming was born here. Prices are great and fair, repairs are done right, Selection is plentiful. I like supporting local, but I LOVE supporting Next Level Game Exchange! To me, it is Saskatoon's diamond 💎🎮. I will always recommend them to friends and family!

I had a GREAT buying experience here! I got really lucky on a hard to find XBOX 360 game. I felt only a little bit ignored when I came in the door, only because they were attending to their customers with great diligence. Once one of the sales team was freed up. I was greeted warmly and genuinely. When I mentioned that I had made contact over the phone about my game they snapped into action. Everyone behind the counter knew where my title was just as soon as I mentioned I spoke on the phone. Even remembered my name. There is a MASSIVE selection of games here. I look forward to coming back and bringing my kids. Keep up the good work. You guys will definitely see me again In the future! Happy side note. I was shopping for old titles and was pleasantly surprised when they told me it was 2 for 1. I got to choose another game for free! I felt like I had won the "old guy still playing Xbox 360 games lottery!" The attention to detail and service truly is in the name!

Anthony here runs a gem of a store in this city of ours. Locally owned and locally operated, what's better than that!? From a wide selection of retro and new gaming equipment to gaming art, hats, and stuffies, there something for almost anyone. The trade values are very competitive with corporate trades, and the staff are all fantastic to deal with (even if I may annoy them with questions. 😅)

I had an issue at the store today, however, Anthony was quick to follow up when he learned there was a problem and he made it good and then some. I would be happy to recommended the store to anyone and believe in addition to having an awesome game selection they are honest and genuine folk.

Next Level will always be my favourite place for any gaming needs. Their staff (especially Anthony, the owner) is always so knowledgeable and helpful! I love the variety they have: games, consoles, toys, collectibles… so many options, it’s hard not to spend hours in their store going through every single item! Their repairs and trade-in options are great, too. I wouldn’t trust my devices with anyone else, they know what they’re doing and were honest when they explained how costly it would be to try repairing my SNES. They recommended buying a new one instead to save money, which I appreciated. Highly highly recommend this amazing local business!
