⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience at Visions Electronics Saskatoon North yesterday. I called ahead and Ethan set aside the products I needed for my DJ company, even offering a discount below the sticker price. When I arrived, everything was ready and loaded into my vehicle. Ethan was friendly, courteous, and made the entire process one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be returning to purchase more from him and Visions. For context, I had originally planned to order from Amazon, but after repeated account issues I missed out on Black Friday deals. Shopping at Visions not only solved that problem, but gave me a better experience overall. Unlike Best Buy’s new format—which feels more like Argos in the UK with most products hidden in the back—Visions offers a traditional, inviting retail atmosphere. The store is easy to navigate, with plenty of staff on the floor ready to assist. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere that still values customer service and the in-store experience.

Fantastic service and transparency. Thank you, Ethan! We recently purchased a fridge, and I want to give a big shoutout to Ethan for his excellent customer service. He was upfront, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. That kind of transparency and care is truly appreciated. The fridge ended up being exactly what we needed and is working perfectly. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to Ethan’s communication.

A three only because the issue was finally resolved. I dont know at what point companies will realize that if you are hiring people feom a certain different company that their culture is extremely different from Canada's. Extra customer service training is required. When a damaged or faulty product is received - DO NOT ARGUE WITH CUSTOMER - I have done a lot of customer service and was taught customers come first. Thankfully a manager frim Canada proved helpful. From Home Depot to Timmy's and now Visions - it is tiring to argue when you should not have to.

I recently purchased a new television from Visions in the north end. The service that i recieved from Terence was second to none. I knew what i was looking for when i walked in and with Terrence's assistance i walked out a content consumer. Thanks Terence, keep up the good work.

Had some issues buying the Bose QuietComfort Ultra earbuds on July 15, 2025. However, the District store manager along with the store manager from the other Visions Electronics looked into this case the very next morning. They revived my faith to purchase future electronics whenever needed! I appreciated their service recovery. Thanks Visions Electronics. For privacy reasons, I opted to not name any Visions employee.

This place is great. If you're not getting a phone here, you are missing out. This is the only place to get good deals on TVs and home Audio equipment. The Car audio section has very knowledgeable staff.
